Online return policy

As you may know, we’re a webshop with little stock and a big focus on sustainability. That’s why we encourage you to only order items you know you’ll love. Are you curious about sizing, fit, material or more? You can always drop us a message. 

Sometimes an item just isn’t what you expected, in which case you have the right to return it within 14 days. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, un-damaged and still have the original hangtag attached. Please note that Final Archive Sale items can't be exchanged nor returned. 

Please include a filled-out return form (also to be found in your parcel) with your shipment. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your money to the account and payment method used for your order. The return shipment costs are for your own expense and TITS is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged during transit.

We'll provide you with a Track & Trace, so you can keep an eye on your new lover before it arrives. If you're unable to select your country, please contact us at [email protected].

Very popular items might sell out sooner than anticipated, in which case we'll contact you with equally fantastic alternatives.

We are of course bound by the sanction regulations determined by the Dutch goverment and we do not ship to countries that are on the sanctions list of the Dutch government.
